回到2001买房子是一款穿越类的经营模拟游戏。玩家将回到那个曾经那个房价非常便宜的时代，利用自己穿越的知识改变自己的命运。在房地产价格飞涨的年代里获取暴利，并且利用获取的第一桶金来成为天使投资人，并最终实现人生理想。






房产经营系统

合理利用杠杆是房地产经营的关键。在游戏中通过调整合理的首付比例和还款期限，既要合理利用杠杆帮助房产扩张，也要保证不会因为过高的房贷导致资金链断裂。
